Proposal to establish an Ubuntu Community

Proposal to establish an Ubuntu Community – Looking for co-founders

10-30-16

Hi; my name is Karin Lacy. I’m a Lightworker of the First Wave.

My long-term vision has been to co-found an Ubuntu community together with like-minded people, preferably in the Southern Oregon area.

I’d like to introduce my proposal for the generating of money for purchasing a piece of land.

Eight years ago I wrote a book called “Potty Training for Indigo Children” – Cannabis/Marijuana/Hemp for Medicine, Enlightenment, and Abundant Resources for the 21st Century.

It’s on my website for sale as a PDF file. I believe the time for this book has come and that it fills a gap in the new market of Cannabis legalization.

I am offering to potential co-founders to market my book together and funnel all income from it into the establishing of an Ubuntu community.

Our plan would be to complete the self-publishing of the book (the six step procedure is already half done) and market it to all dispensaries in AK,WA, CO, and OR, plus other related organizations.

We would put our financial agreements about this proposal in writing and legalize them as documents.

How much money we will make from selling the book depends on our determination and hard work.

Once our marketing is in motion and generating money, we will look for a big publishing company to publish the book nationwide and internationally. I plan to translate it into German for the three German-speaking countries as well.

Again, we would funnel all profits from the book into our Ubuntu project.

What readers said about the book:

A man of 30 in Sacramento told me that he read the book in one day and that it changed his life, and that one week later he met the woman of his life. In other words, the book triggered a quantum leap for him.

In June 2016 a reader in Ashland wrote: “I just finished reading your book. I love it. I think it is very much needed today as it was when you wrote it and a top priority should be getting it out! Very powerful! Should be available for all states not legal.”

Of course before considering my proposal you will need to read the book to consider for yourself whether you agree that it will be a success, and whether it will be worthwhile your contributing efforts.

If this proposal resonates with you, please tell me about you and describe your skills of making this project a success. If you are seriously interested I’ll be sending you the 87-page PDF file of “Potty Training for Indigo Children”.

I want to mention that my proposal is not for people who are just playing with the idea of community living; it is for people who are seriously ready to roll up their sleeves and start an Ubuntu project now. To me it’s worth the risk taking.

Since it takes money to manifest an Ubuntu community, here I am offering an avenue of how it can be accomplished.

I’m looking forward to meeting people of my tribe.

Namaste, Karin Lacy
