Who Wants to be Mayor of a Small Town?

Hi, my name is Karin Lacy. I’m a Lightworker of the First Wave.

Part of my mission is to be an ambassador for Ubuntu-Contributionism, helping to spread the vision of the book “Ubuntu-Contributionism – a Blueprint for Human Prosperity”, developed by author Michael Tellinger, as well as to promote the establishment of an Ubuntu based community.

In South African languages the word “Ubuntu” means practicing humanity towards others. It also represents the belief in a universal bond of sharing that connects all of mankind. In more practical terms it refers to behaving in ways that benefit the community.

Two years ago I wrote a 3-page pamphlet called “Call to the Mayors of All Small Towns” which I spread throughout the blogosphere.

Last year, when I read that 18-year old Ben Simons of Yoncalla, Oregon, (population about 1,000) got elected as the youngest mayor in the United States, I sent him my ”Call to the Mayors of All Small Towns”. I introduced him to the Ubuntu-Contributionism paradigm and offered to move there to support him as a volunteer for 1 – 2 years.

Alas, I didn’t get any response.

A New Dawn for Humanity

Many wonder what went wrong in our world. Everything is in turmoil, everything is breaking down. Many call for the governments to restore the old order. Yet, this cannot happen. The collapse of the old structures is inevitable and necessary. All is in divine order. We are entering a new cycle on Earth.

As the human civilization we have left behind the 2,000-year cycle of the Piscean Age, also known as the Dark Age. This era of perpetuating war on Earth brought suffering for the masses, and more wealth for the global elite.

We are at the dawn of a new cycle, known as the Aquarian Age or Golden Age, prophesied as the Age of Peace and Community Building.

Michael Tellinger developed a vision of a new paradigm of living on Earth within the frequency range of the fifth dimension, called Ubuntu-Contributionism. This higher level of existence requires living from the heart and being connected to Source, thus money becomes obsolete.

Creating Unity in Community

For decades I’ve been looking to find my tribe of like-minded people to start a grassroots community project together by buying a piece of land and start living in a new and higher way of support for each other. So far, without success.

A friend of mine bought a piece of land in Northern California with the goal to create a Buddhist Retreat, under the legal status of a church. He paid the land off, but it has no well and no buildings. He put up a couple of RV trailers, freight containers for storage, solar panels, and storage tanks for rainwater harvesting.

The local authorities keep an eye on him through their “compliance officers”. Without any infrastructure in place he is only allowed to spend one month per year of camping on his own property. He is presently working as a professional plumber in Northern Oregon to save up for the installment of the septic system which he said will cost between $10,000 and $15,000. Additionally, health department paperwork will cost $1,700 – $1,800. After that he will be tackling to get a well, which is $7,000 – $12,000.

Before he can start buying materials for building a small temple and small cottages for a few people to stay at the retreat he will need to come up with the money for building permits. When he talks about the obstacles he is facing along the way, I wonder how long he will have to stay in the trailers.

I mention this because the buying of a piece of land and starting from scratch is the hard and arduous way of manifesting ones vision of a community. I too believed this is the way to fulfill ones dream, if you have no inheritance or other financial resources.

When Michael Tellinger came out with his model of transforming existing small towns into communities of higher consciousness I agreed that this is a much more desirable solution. In existing towns everything is already there, the infrastructure is in place. The standard of living has been established, oftentimes many decades ago. Thousands of small rural towns exist in that way.

Michael Tellinger came up with the word Contributionism, meaning that all who want to participate in this community model, choose to contribute by giving our heart, our physical labor and our commitment.

Representatives of the Aquarian Age

Striving to become the mayor and establishing a core group of like-minded, conscious council members puts us in positions of self-empowerment and empowering others. It means we are not the victims of the local government representatives who make a living by milking us for money with hefty fees at every turn as it appears in the case of my friend with the vision of a Buddhist Retreat.

Ideally, young people should step in the role of mayors. Dear reader; if you want to become a mayor you should be an outgoing, charismatic personality for you will be the face and the voice of the community. You must be a people person, embodying leadership qualities. You must be knowledgeable, passionate and enthusiastic about implementing the Ubuntu-Contributionism paradigm in your small town.

There is an intrepid Millennial, Travis Duncan, who is running for mayor of Austin, the capital of Texas, whose goal is implementing the Ubuntu-Contributionism paradigm in this city of nearly 1 million people. For your inspiration you can watch on youtube interviews with him and Michael Tellinger. To overcome the calcified structures of power and control in a small town is one thing, but to face its amplifications in a huge city is a challenge of great proportions.

I myself did not want to become a mayor. I’m a background person. I’ve been living outside of the Matrix System for a long time, as much as is possible. I don’t go to the committees. I’ve lived in many cities and towns but never long enough to know the local movers and shakers. I never was a participant, I don’t go to elections to give my voice away.

But I want to be part of the core group supporting the mayor in every way I can.

We will be no religion and no political party; we can’t be labeled communists or socialists. We see ourselves as representatives of the New Earth. We are united by the desire to live in a new way on Earth. What bonds us together is a deep desire to live in harmony with our Mother Earth and our love for humanity.

We are no cult, but we follow the book “Ubuntu-Contributionism – a Blueprint for Human Prosperity”, as laid out by Michael Tellinger. He already summed it all up, many years ago, we could not say it any better.

We all will agree to follow Natural Law, which simply means not to harm any other sentient kind. We don’t need authorities, police, lawyers, etc. to tell us what to think, what to do and how to behave. We live from the heart, meaning we are guided from within.

Those of us who are by age parents, grandparents, and great grandparents are dedicated to serve the first generation of the New Millennium, for they inherit the Earth. They are the stewards of the New Earth. They were not born to continue the old ways for another round. Many of these youngsters are fully awake. They cannot be manipulated and brainwashed into following a government of domination and control. They cannot be forced to become the next generation of wage slaves. They know who they are and they are not willing to go to war to be sacrificed as soldiers.

Moving to Oakridge, Oregon

Meanwhile, I moved to the small town of Oakridge in Oregon, population 3,200. I love my nice apartment, the small and stress-free town, the friendly people, the mild climate, and the surrounding pure Nature of forests and rivers.

I learned that there are many educated seniors from California and other states who bought retirement homes in this area to live a stress-free healthy lifestyle, away from the big cities. Many are of higher consciousness, who stepped outside of the mainstream. They are open-minded towards alternative living.

When I talked to local residents in Oakridge they told me that within the last two years about ten small businesses went bankrupt or gave up their businesses because they couldn’t survive financially in this small town.

I know what that entails in real life. I was a business woman for almost fifteen years, when my husband and I had a home-study martial arts business together. It enabled us to live on 2.5 acres in beautiful Southern California and work from our home. We thought we had fulfilled the American dream of being in charge of our lives as our own boss.

It turned out that life was a constant struggle for survival. It mostly was about paying the bills. To get the money together for the mortgage took half the month, then the car payment and the rest of the bills. Once the bills were paid, it started all over again for the next month.

I’m telling this because I know from own experience what it means to start and sustain a small business. You invest everything, you have no lifestyle of 40-hour-a-week working.. The business is like a child, it always comes first. To take a day off was a rare occasion.

These ten small local businesses in Oakridge who couldn’t make it any longer very likely experienced a similar fate. They may even see themselves as failures. The truth is that the economic system is set up that only few will survive. In many cases, for example a disease of a family member who can’t participate anymore or needs care, can mean not only the end of the small business, but a mount of debt, unemployment, and the strain of relationships.

In the Ubuntu model the ruin of a business is not possible. If you study Ubuntu-Contributionism you will learn that we cannot fail. Should we be able to create a core group for the manifesting of a Ubuntu model in Oakridge, we would contact all of these former small businesses and invite them to join us. Those people who start small businesses on their own are the “Cultural Creatives”, the entrepreneurs, the ones who want to live outside the box.

Becoming a Mayor of a Small Town

Dear reader; If you are looking for your mission in life and have what it takes, consider running for mayor of your town. Or, if you read this article on the blogosphere and are independent and flexible you may ponder running for mayor of Oakridge.

Read my 3-page pamphlet “Call to the Mayors of All Small Towns” that I wrote two years ago in which I sum up the Ubuntu model according to Michael Tellinger’s design.

Of course, it would be a blessing if the present mayor, town manager, city council and sheriff were in agreement and fully supportive of the mission to rejuvenate our town. It means we all could start rolling up our sleeves and begin by implementing free electricity to become a self-sufficient town.

As a potential mayor who wants to implement the vision of the “One Small Town Can Change The World”-model you will have to gather a team from among the council and other locals. If you are seriously interested, here is the homework of the Action Plan that Michael Tellinger laid out:

I want to emphasize here only one aspect of Michael Tellinger’s “Bullet-point implementation”: the installation of our own electricity supply – the foundation of our plan. Excerpt:

“UBUNTU PLANET has a unique agreement with a German/USA technology partner with highly advanced technology to generate clean, environmentally friendly, non-toxic and non-polluting electricity. We can install any size generator that we require. From 2 Mw to 200Mw. Installation period is between 6-12 months.

In Addition: This installation will process all sewage, converting it to clean structured and energized water, and clean non-toxic compost that can be used in our agriculture or sold on the open market.

Furthermore: Our energy technology has the capacity to clean up rivers, dams and any other polluted areas and convert seawater to clean drinking water. This is particularly important for coastal towns and communities.

Toxic Waste: Our energy technology can also be used to discard and neutralize toxic waste and other hazardous materials from mines and hospitals. This presents a very lucrative income opportunity for the municipality/community.

Cost of installing the generator: The generator will be installed at NO COST to the municipality as long as the municipality, Mayor and Council agree to the basic implementation points of the ONE SMALL TOWN strategy.

The value of the generator can range between $5 million – $30 million – based on the size required. All the initial cost of inspection/analysis and planning, by our energy partner, will be funded by private investors, who have already expressed interest to do so… Our own electricity supply will provide the foundation for the launch of any kind of industrial or business activity and an immediate benefit to those who participate in the community projects.” (End of excerpt)

Michael Tellinger announced that he will personally get involved and arrange with the mentioned partners/investors to deliver this source of free energy to any small town who wants to implement the Ubuntu-Contributionism model.

I learned that in February 2019 Oakridge had a power outage for 4 days due to heavy snow storm; some residents in the outskirts of Oakridge had to live without electricity for 2 and ½ weeks.

In summary, those who own the source of electricity have power over the people. In our model each “one small town”- project will be provided with free energy for the whole town, that is, the community will be taking control of the local energy grid and become energy self-sufficient. This will support all our activities and liberate the town from reliance on the electricity grid. Every town must have its own supply of free electricity.

Adopt a small town

Dear reader; Even if you don’t want to become a mayor, but want to be part of the One-Small-Town movement, consider moving to Oakridge in order to be part of the core group supporting the mayor.

In this pamphlet I am addressing those of the mayors of small towns who are not satisfied with their role as a community leader perpetuating the authoritarian paradigm of domination and control, as dictated from the government down to the local communities micro management level.

As we move through these monumental shifts of transformation everybody will have to choose whether they want to be part of the problem or part of the solution.

The New Earth of fifth dimensional frequency will not be declared through government law. The governments have been installed as a control method of the human slave race.We have been kept in a state of amnesia and have been living blindfolded, so to speak. Now is the time of awakening.

Living in a community of like-minded people who are guided from their heart’s higher and unified perspective is what we envision as Heaven on Earth. It is the revolution of consciousness in action, creating a new vibrational reality.

Hi, dear Ground Crew;

We all are being challenged to think differently. The world is not going to change itself without our involvement. We each wanted to be here on planet Earth to experience this crucial time of ascension, of raising our vibration and consciousness.

If we ourselves, each one of us, do not start manifesting the life we want to live – then others will create for us, and we’ll be repeating history for another round.

We know that the Matrix is an energy feeding technology. It is now high time that we stop feeding the beast, instead we must starve the beast. It is now high time that we focus on gathering our soul families and create “Bubbles of Heaven” and “Isles of Light”.

I’d like to share my favorite vision of living in communities of Sovereigns in the New Earth.

For years I have been envisioning the New Earth of fifth-dimensional frequency and how we will live as Sovereign Human Creators in small communities. This higher level of existence requires living from the heart and being connected to Source, thus money becomes obsolete. In the realm of 5D the frequency of Unconditional Love permeates everything. Love is the language, the currency, and the law. The New Earth is about Gift Economy.

Years ago I read the eye-opener “Ubuntu-Contributionism – A Blueprint For Human Prosperity” by Michael Tellinger. He is one of the major whistleblowers dedicated to spreading the truth of our parasitic and predatory system of money. He describes how money was introduced to the human race as a means of enslavement and harvesting of human energy.

I personally understand the emerging Ubuntu movement as a means of transcending the Matrix Control System.

Since 2006 I have been deliberately living outside the Matrix, as much as is possible. I have only four bills per month to pay. It’s a frugal and limiting life, for you cannot thrive while living under the radar. Yet, what counts is that I am able to fulfill my Lightworker mission.

Dear reader; if you wish, count in your mind your monthly bills. Each one tells you how much you fuel the Matrix with your energy and money. If you participate in elections and give your voice/vote to a political leader/party then you are voluntarily part of the system of domination and control and you agree to it on some level. And if watching television is your main leisure activity ask yourself to which degree you are being indoctrinated by the American MKUltra (MindKontrolUltra) culture.

However, not all is lost! The time of awakening is upon us! Once we awaken to the greater truth of who we are and that we originate from outside the Matrix, we can choose to stop our participation and exit the system. We can decide to play by a different set of rules as Sovereign Human Creators. It is time that we gather as soul families and create Bubbles of Heaven, Isles of Light, Ubuntu communities., and others.

A year ago I wrote a 4-part vision statement of a new community. I’d like to share here Part 3 of it.

Part 3: Playing the Glass Bead Game in Celebration of Ubuntu-Contributionism

I felt inspired to lay out a short vision statement for a small-town community where we consciously manifest the New Earth of Fifth Dimension. I envision a community immersed in playing the “Glass Bead Game” as described in the book by Hermann Hesse.

We will create a framework by founding a Sacred Society, called Castalia. as in the novel, whose members are the players of the Glass Bead Game. We will utilize the Glass Bead Game as a paradigm for celebrating life in the New Earth. Of course it will be a society that functions without the concept of money.

It is for those who are ready to exit the Matrix Control System and strive to become Sovereigns, meaning fully self-empowered human creators. What is the Glass Bead Game? It cannot be described directly, it can only be paraphrased, for it is a Game of Consciousness. It could be said the Glass Bead Game is a metaphor for consciously playing the game of life, of living in a new way, of striving for excellence, of living as Sovereign Creators on Earth.

Introducing the book “The Glass Bead Game” by Hermann Hesse

When I was 23, my then-husband gifted me with the novel “The Glass Bead Game” (Das Glasperlenspiel) by Hermann Hesse. I found it deeply inspiring. We spent years fantasizing about this Utopian Glass Bead Game. And in doing so we were playing the game. (We had no television back then in East Germany.) My husband was a composer and pianist, and loved drawing endless connections between music and mathematics. My passion at that time was writing poetry and indulging in reading poetry throughout the epochs.

In The Glass Bead Game, for which Hermann Hesse won the Peace Nobel prize for literature in 1946, he formalizes an ideal of a high civilization in his fictional, futuristic town of Castalia. In a monastic setting, for males only, painstakingly trained and socially reclusive scholars uphold an age-old tradition of playing what is known as the “Glass Bead Game,” the most prestigious demonstration of their ability to draw cultural and symbolic connections among various disciplines – music, art, philosophy, history, science, symbolism and all other forms of study that one might find in a university curriculum. In competing annually in the Glass Bead Game, the town of Castalia coalesces all of the disciplines into one expression of mastery that unifies the wisdom of broader human civilization. Players of the game become initiates in a mystery, versed in complex symbolism they have spent their lives working tirelessly to master.

Dictionary meaning of ‘Castalia’

In Greek mythology Castalia was a water nymph whom Apollo transformed into a fountain. Castalia could inspire the genius of poetry to those who drank her waters or listened to their quiet sound. Apollo consecrated Castalia to the Muses.

The 20th century German novelist Hermann Hesse used Castalia as inspiration for the name of the futuristic fictional Utopia in his 1943 magnum opus, The Glass Bead Game. Castalia is home to an austere order of intellectuals with a twofold mission: to run boarding schools for boys, and to nurture and play the Glass Bead Game.

Hermann Hesse never provided any directions of how to actually play the game, therefore preserving the concept of mystery about the game itself as its own fictional symbol. He called the Glass Bead Game an “eternal idea” that demonstrated the intelligence found in the entire cosmos.

As Hesse describes:

The Glass Bead Game is the marriage of passion with tight structure in the field of ideas — specifically including verbal, pictorial, and musical ideas. The game pieces are called glass beads, they span an endless variety of disciplines. The game is an abstract synthesis of all arts and sciences. It proceeds by players making deep connections between seemingly unrelated topics. It is “a kind of synthesis of human learning” in which themes, such as a musical phrase or a philosophical thought, are stated. As the game progresses, associations between the themes become deeper and more varied. The game uses artistic forms, and eventually cultural symbols.

The Glass Bead Game echoes and pays tribute to all of the prior cultures that also attempted to harmonize the various influences on human knowledge to explain the mysteries of the interconnected earthly and spiritual realm.

Playing the Glass Bead Game in a modern-day Castalia

In our Castalia all sovereign creators are equal. We are now living in the information age. We appreciate the blessings of the Internet. We have personal computers, any information is at our fingertips. We can instantly communicate with the whole world. We can play the Glass Bead Game any way we wish, there are no limitations. In comparison to the novel we are now more advanced; we are consciously playing multi-dimensionally, we quantum-leap and jump timelines. We can open portals and stargates, we can enter parallel realities and incarnations.

We can play the Glass Bead Game individually or in groups, or we can be many in the design of a Glass Bead Game. We are also a Community Happening, a living, breathing art form in forward motion. Like in the novel we could establish an annual Glass Bead Game competition in our Castalia, where people come from far and wide.

Once we have a physical location for our community, we will create a curriculum for Castalia.

In our community of Castalia we follow Natural Law which in essence says: do not harm any other sentient kind.

As sovereign human beings we live by the Galactic Codex.

The appointing of a Spiritual Council of 13 Elders is essential. The Elders can be of any age group, but must embody “wise humans of integrity”. This council will serve as the foundation upon which our community of Castalia rests and evolves.

…”Part of our community work of Castalia will be the rehabilitation and re-integration of Cabal members. We offer those who are responsible for humanity’s suffering opportunities of “giving back to society.” …We will let the families of these war criminals stay there in designated areas, for it gives them an opportunity to interact with us, not as slaves anymore, but as Sovereign Human Beings. This way the Haves and the Have-nots are being prompted to connect and communicate with each other in a new way as equals – toward reaching Unity Consciousness on Earth.

Other new community projects may also want to become stewards of these large estates and turn them into thriving communities.

We are the meek who inherit the Earth. We are the stewards for the New Earth of fifth dimensional frequency; we finally free ourselves from the yoke of money.” (End of Part 3)

Conclusion

Dear Ground Crew friends; How do you envision your life after the Event Flash? If I would be given the choice I would love to leave the surface. But if my service mission must still continue I would want to co-create with others a “Bubble of Heaven” community.

Open Letter to the Ubuntu-Contributionism Community

Re: Introducing The Glass Bead Game

Dear Ubuntu friends;

Last November I wrote my pamphlet “Call to the Mayors of All Small Towns” in support of Ubuntu-Contributionism. I summed up Ubuntu-Contributionism and the one-small-town strategy. I offered to the first U.S. one-small-town mayor and his/her core group to move there and serve them as a volunteer for 1 – 2 years.

I submitted my “Call to the Mayors” to the Ubuntu websites, pages, blogs, newsletters, yet they did not publish it nor did they want to forward it to Michael Tellinger.

However, Mayor Ron Higgins of North Frontenac, Canada, the first mayor implementing the one-small-town strategy, posted my “Call to the Mayors” on his facebook page.

So I concluded that the Ubuntu people may not resonate with my “Lightworker stuff”. Yet, being a Lightworker is my primary identity. I’ve been living openly as a Lightworker since 2005. As I learned over the years, most people react allergic to the word ‘Lightworker’. The word itself has an encodement to trigger recognition of ones inner self.

At one time I posted a letter on a forum of a known permaculture website and also asked whether they would be willing to add a section “Ubuntu-Contributionism Communities” to their forum. Immediately I received an angry message from the moderator that she took my nonsense off the forum, but she may share it with the other moderators to also have a good laugh at such a nonsense.

It was telling clearly where these people stood. As the philosopher Arthur Schopenhauer stated: “All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed. Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being self-evident.”

It showed that those who are locked in the Matrix Control System cannot perceive higher vibrational information. I was reminded of the non-physical teacher Abraham who many times stated; “If you have an answer to a question that has not been asked yet – they cannot hear you.”

All will awaken, yet each person lives through their own individual process of gaining greater awareness, depending on how much light they can hold in their heart center.

We, the human race, are in the midst of monumental change. We are transitioning into a higher level of existence, known as the fifth dimension, prophesied as the thousand years of peace.

We have now reached the historic moment of our awakening. We are experiencing human Awakening in over seven billion individual ways; God or Source wants it so.

Lightworkers came here as volunteers to usher the human family through the Shift of the Ages.

Lightworkers are awakeners. We are not here for approval. Rather we must provoke and push the slumbering minds to wake up more people to reach critical mass. In order to make that shift many will need to be shaken to their core with a wake-up call, meaning a jolt from the sleep state into the waking state. I feel obligated to share what I have come to know as the truth.

Part 1

Creating Unity and Resonance

I have been pondering how to precede in my desire of either joining a mayor and his core group as a volunteer, or to attract people of my soul tribe and start an online Ubuntu core group.

I watched Mayor Ron Higgins saying that he is only interested in Michael Tellinger’s “One-small-town-can-change-the world” concept of working towards economic self-sustainability. He emphasized that he is not interested in the aspects of the Ubuntu book that deal with extraterrestrials enslaving humanity, or galactic parasites harvesting human emotions for food. He said that we need money, that if one wants to buy a car, it needs money.

I want to mention here that this is not an attack on Mayor Ron Higgins or Michael Tellinger. I am just pondering the pros and cons and how things may unfold within the Ubuntu movement. I personally would not want to join a one-small-town core group that focuses on economic self-sustainability only.

I wonder whether the one-small-town strategy of generating money by inviting investerors will make the Ubuntu community become needy for money. If our main focus is on making money we may easily fall back into habit patterns of the Old World of 3D. The brought-in investors may operate strictly as business people, which means making profit money. We must also consider that the Ubuntu movement is being watched by the Cabal. Investors may show up with the intent of infiltrating and undermining the Ubuntu movement.

For years I have been envisioning the New Earth of fifth-dimensional frequency and how we will live as sovereign human creators in small communities. This higher level of existence requires living from the heart and being connected to Source, thus money becomes obsolete. In the realm of 5D the frequency of Unconditional Love permeates everything. Love is the language, the currency, and the law. The New Earth is about Gift Economy.

We learn as we go along. We are in uncharted waters. By living the change that we want to see in the world we act as mapmakers and wayshowers for our brothers and sisters. I think naturally there will emerge factions within the Ubuntu movement. Each Ubuntu community will be different and unique, depending on the individuals who are coming together to co-create. As Michael Tellinger stated, Unity and Resonance are our keywords.

I’ve been thinking what other options there are beside searching for a mayor of a small town who is open to implement the one-small-town model. The downside is that the mayor is also a political figure who has to follow instructions from his higher ups.

Another approach could be to start an online Ubuntu core group without having a particular town in mind. The goal of this virtual Ubuntu group would be to reach the necessary level of resonance and unity. They could pursue different strategies of establishing a physical Ubuntu community. They could as a group contact mayors of small towns and introduce their vision statement.

Together the online core group could move to a selected small town with the intent of one member running for mayor. This approach would have the advantage that this core group already lives the principles of Ubuntu-Contributionism and acts in sync and resonance.

Who knows, the core group may instead decide to bypass the mayor idea. They can move to a small town and just start a non-profit org as the official framework.

Transcending the Matrix Control System

I personally understand the Ubuntu movement as a means of transcending the Matrix Control System.

First we must fully recognize and understand the Matrix in order to decouple from it. It is important to be informed about the greater truth of our Planet, Galaxy and Universe.

What is the Matrix? – A brief summary:

Planet Earth has been involved in cosmic wars throughout our galaxy for billions of years. Many times human civilizations have been seeded on Earth by those galactics who won the wars. There is right now a war going on above our heads to free us from the dark forces that have hijacked planet Earth.

Our world is based on deception, lies, and manipulation. Humanity has been kept in darkness for a very long time. We are not on top of the food chain.

The galactic parasites known as archons, claim that they have been in existence in this galaxy before the human race; they see themselves as superior to humans which entitles them to interfere with us. These parasitic hyper-dimensional entities come under many other names, such as annunaki, reptilians, demons, djinn, satan, malevolent ET races, etc. In legend and religion they are known as our gods. They are at the root of our mental and physical enslavement.

These invisible non-physical predators are everywhere and instigate human suffering at every opportunity; they are mind manipulators, tormenters, and energy feeders. They keep the human race existing down at the low third density level, for that energy is their sustenance, their food.

We as the human race are an experiment. We are genetically engineered; our DNA blueprints have been altered by our creator gods. It is said that our genetic makeup is of 12 different ET races.

We are designed as a slave race; equipped with five senses to perceive our physical 3D reality. The ego is our predominant compass to navigate through our existence. The ego keeps us locked in the Matrix.

We exist in a holographic illusion, or simulation, or Matrix Control System for the harvesting of our energy. Planet Earth is a farm. We are programmed into victim-consciousness of a slave race.

Like prison inmates we maintain our own imprisonment. The parasitic off-worlders keep us down at the low 3D level of existence in order to feed off of the slave emotions that we emanate, such as fear, anger, hate, unworthiness, etc.

We are wearing the Veil of Amnesia, which is alien technology, to keep us asleep. The benevolent galactics call Earth a prison planet, they refer to life on Earth as “Hell”. The energy fence around our planet is to keep us in quarantine, separated from the star nations. We are programmed to believe that we on Earth are the only life in the cosmos.

We have been partially disconnected from Source; we function with less than five percent of our capacity; we run on one double strand of DNA, with the rest laid dormant, the so-called junk DNA. Our all-seeing third eye, the pineal gland, has been in part deactivated, and our ability of Telepathy laid dormant. As our creator gods’ heritage we got the Reptilian portion of our brain. It is the Reptilian portion of our brain that makes us only think in terms of the struggle for survival of the fittest. The struggle-for-survival part overrides the creative human portion of the brain that conceives beyond daily life and guides us to our capabilities of feeling, creative expression, compassion, cooperation with others, all those traits of Love that connect us with Source.

We were implanted with etheric microchips when we entered the Earth incarnation cycle. Our paradigm of existence is founded on a small set of self-perpetuating thought-forms within the framework of birth and death; it keeps us humans locked in the density of the third dimension, bound to the wheel of karma, lifetime after lifetime.

We were designed to forget how to nurture ourselves through our connection with Source or Father/Mother/God. As a result we developed into a parasitic civilization; a dog-eats-dog world. We learned to prey and feed of each others’ energy in myriads of ways.

The galactic overlords mingled with the human race. Their human descendants call themselves a “breakaway civilization” and claim that they are of royal bloodline, thus they are entitled to rule over humanity.

Our world is based on authoritarian control through domination and fear conditioning. The global elite control us through their instruments of banking, governments, religions, corporations, Military Industrial Complex, Media, etc. This so-called 1% ruling elite has millions of executives enforcing our system of predatory control over billions. We, the 99%, are the billions of human prey. We are their sheeple.

In truth our leaders and controllers act as mis-leaders. The misdirection, dis-information, distortions are spread through implanted and reinforced memes. Their methods are manipulation, fear programming, propaganda, deception, lying, violence, etc., while making the sheeple believe that their leaders are the noblest of all human beings in their service to all.

The global elite are the prototypes of “service to self” in contrary to “service to others”. From the psychological viewpoint they are considered “Psychopaths”. Their hunger for personal power and money dominates their personality traits, yet theirs is about power without responsibility. They lack the ability of empathy and compassion for their fellow man and all life. They are tyrants by nature. They are the ones in the history books.

Our global ruling elite – those in the limelight and those behind the curtain – are being controlled as well by the inter-dimensional beings who think they own planet Earth. These off-worlders control all of humanity’s endeavors. They dictate the global narrative. They are the handlers for the global elite, cabal, illuminati, shadow government, deep state. They are the puppet masters who direct our worldly rulers toward where wars be waged, what diseases are being spread, what inventions are being allowed, which governments, religions and ideologies dominate the world, which currencies are used, and where the money goes.

The ruling-elite psychopaths meet these non-physical overlords in occult satanic rituals or feeding frenzies – where they torture and sacrifice children and drink their blood.

The governments are collaborating in their Secret Space Programs with alien races. The aliens are superior to humans regarding intelligence, psychic abilities, and technology. They are able to alter matter, space, and time. In exchange for advanced military technology the alien races are allowed to abduct humans for experiments in their underground facilities throughout the world.

Meanwhile the human race is being kept in darkness, preoccupied with physical survival, war, weather warfare, competition over dwindling resources, and dependence on the few who own the resources.

Presently the dark Cabal are desperately trying to implement their New World Order of total global tyranny.

We are controlled through every means, such as pharmaceutical drugs, medicated drinking water, processed liveless food, polluted air, chemtrails; mind-programmed through media, especially television, EMF radiation, global wifi net, etc. As a result the masses turn into zombie-like humans who have no clue that they are slaves to the system. They become like empty shells who can be used for anything.

In summary, the Matrix Control System is the totality of forces and technology that keep us in amnesia on prison planet Earth.

Since 2006 I have been deliberately living outside the Matrix, as much as it is possible. I have only four bills per month, they are: rent, electricity, internet, website hosting, plus annually magicjack phone bill and domain name registration. It’s a frugal and limiting life, for you cannot thrive while living under the radar. What counts is that I am able to fulfill my Lightworker mission.

Dear reader; if you wish, count in your mind your monthly bills. Each one tells you how much you fuel the Matrix with your energy and money. If you participate in elections and give your voice/vote to a political leader/party then you are voluntarily part of the system of domination and control and you agree to it on some level. And if watching television is your main leisure activity ask yourself to what degree you may be indoctrinated by the American MKUltra (MindKontrolUltra) culture.

However, not all is lost! The time of awakening is upon us! Once we awaken to the greater truth of who we are and that we originate from outside the Matrix, we can choose to stop feeding the beast and exit the system. We can decide to play by a different set of rules as Sovereign Human Creators.

Playing the Glass Bead Game in Celebration of Ubuntu-Contributionism

Dear Ubuntu friends;I felt inspired to lay out a short vision statement for a small-town Ubuntu community. I envision a community immersed in playing the Glass Bead Game. What is the Glass Bead Game? It cannot be described directly, it can only be paraphrased, for it is a Game of Consciousness. It could be said the Glass Bead Game is a metapher for consciously playing the game of life, of living in a new way, of striving for excellence, of living as sovereign creators on Earth.

Introducing the book “The Glass Bead Game” by Hermann Hesse

When I was 22, my then-husband gave me the book “The Glass Bead Game” (Das Glasperlenspiel) by Hermann Hesse. I found it deeply inspiring. We spent years fantasizing about this Utopian Glass Bead Game. And in doing so we were playing the game. (We had no television back then in East Germany.) My husband was a composer and pianist, and loved drawing endless connections between music and mathematics. My passion at that time was writing poetry and indulging in reading poetry throughout the epochs.

In The Glass Bead Game, for which Hermann Hesse won the Peace Nobel prize for literature in 1946, he formalizes an ideal of a high civilization in his fictional, futuristic town of Castalia. In a monastic setting, for males only, painstakingly trained and socially reclusive scholars uphold an age-old tradition of playing what is known as the “Glass Bead Game,” the most prestigious demonstration of their ability to draw cultural and symbolic connections among various disciplines – music, art, philosophy, history, science, symbolism and all other forms of study that one might find in a university curriculum. In competing annually in the Glass Bead Game, the town of Castalia coalesces all of the disciplines into one expression of mastery that unifies the wisdom of broader human civilization. Players of the game become initiates in a mystery, versed in complex symbolism they have spent their lives working tirelessly to master.

Dictionary meaning of ‘Castalia’

In Greek mythology Castalia was a water nymph whom Apollo transformed into a fountain. Castalia could inspire the genius of poetry to those who drank her waters or listened to their quiet sound. Apollo consecrated Castalia to the Muses.

The 20th century German novelist Hermann Hesse used Castalia as inspiration for the name of the futuristic fictional Utopia in his 1943 magnum opus, The Glass Bead Game. Castalia is home to an austere order of intellectuals with a twofold mission: to run boarding schools for boys, and to nurture and play the Glass Bead Game.

Hermann Hesse never provided any directions of how to actually play the game, therefore preserving the concept of mystery about the game itself as its own fictional symbol. He called the Glass Bead Game an “eternal idea” that demonstrated the intelligence found in the entire cosmos.

As Hesse describes:

The Glass Bead Game is the marriage of passion with tight structure in the field of ideas — specifically including verbal, pictorial, and musical ideas. The game pieces are called glass beads, they span an endless variety of disciplines. The game is an abstract synthesis of all arts and sciences. It proceeds by players making deep connections between seemingly unrelated topics. It is “a kind of synthesis of human learning” in which themes, such as a musical phrase or a philosophical thought, are stated. As the game progresses, associations between the themes become deeper and more varied. The game uses artistic forms, and eventually cultural symbols.

The Glass Bead Game echoes and pays tribute to all of the prior cultures that also attempted to harmonize the various influences on human knowledge to explain the mysteries of the interconnected earthly and spiritual realm.

Playing the Glass Bead Game in a modern-day Castalia

I’ve been envisioning an Ubuntu community where we consciously manifest the New Earth of Fifth Dimension. It is for those who are ready to exit the Matrix Control System and strive to become sovereigns, meaning fully self-empowered human creators.

We will create a framework by founding a sacred society, called Castalia. as in the novel, whose members are the players of the Glass Bead Game. We will use the Glass Bead Game as a paradigm for celebrating life in the New Earth.

In our Castalia all divine sovereign creators are equal. We are now living in the information age. We appreciate the blessings of the Internet. We have personal computers, any information is at our fingertips. We can instantly communicate with the whole world.

We can play the Glass Bead Game any way we wish, there are no limitations. In comparison to the novel we are more advanced now; we are intentionally playing multidimensionally, we quantum-leap and jump timelines. We can open portals and stargates, we can enter parallel realities and incarnations.

We can play the Glass Bead Game individually or in groups, or we can be many in the design of a Glass Bead Game.We are also a Community Happening, a living, breathing art form in forward motion. Like in the novel we could establish an annual Glass Bead Game competition in our Castalia, where people come from far and wide.

Once we have a physical location we will create a curriculum for Castalia.

In our Ubuntu community of Castalia we follow Natural Law which in essence says: do not harm any other sentient kind.

As sovereign human beings we live by the Galactic Codex.

The appointing of a Spiritual Council of 13 Elders is essential. The Elders can be of any age group, but must embody “wise humans of integrity”. This council will serve as the foundation upon which our community of Castalia rests and evolves.

Part 4

Rehabilitating the Cabal and their Minions

This is a bold proposal to bypass investors for generating money for the Ubuntu community of Castalia. It may be appealing to other potential Ubuntu communities as well.

Since 2012 we hear about the underground resistance which has been working secretly in preparation of the overthrow of all corrupt people and places of domination and control who are responsible for the suffering on Earth. We are being told that the mass arrests of 30,000 to 40,000 Cabal members and their minions are imminent.

When Obama became President many spiritual teachers announced that he is a Lightworker who will lead the human family out of the darkness and into the Golden Age.

Now the American people have a new hero to celebrate, and the narrative goes on for another round, while the Matrix Control System is being fueled by the energy of the masses.

Last year, in my role as a Lightworker for America, I wrote a fictitious Open Letter to President Trump. I composed the letter as a “Document for Change” for the time after the overthrow of the Cabal.

In this letter I propose an opportunity for the rehabilitation of the members of the criminal Cabal and their minions.

Excerpt:

“.,,As soon as the foretold global financial collapse begins its domino effect in full force, the corrupt governments will be overthrown and a financial reset installed to eliminate the inequality on Earth. All the money that has been stolen from the people for thousands of years will be returned.

Our benevolent ET friends tell us that these arrests to remove the dark Cabal must take place, for they are the obstacles to humanity’s ascension. Each of these individuals presents a roadblock to the manifestation of the New Earth. We must take our power back from our leaders and controllers by exposing them as criminals and forcing them to surrender.

After the mass arrests of the Cabal and their minions, when it comes to their immediate trials, these criminals will have to confess openly all that they wish to be forgiven for by the people. The whole world will have to face who the villains are that are responsible for humanity’s suffering from atrocities, war, famine, diseases, enslavement to money, destruction of Nature, and so on.

To punish these criminals would only cause us to continue to tap into those rivers of thoughts of low vibrations. In truth punishment is evildoing in the name of goodness. We must now move onward and upward. We must accept these dark souls and show them the path back home. From the overview perspective they too are victims of this world of duality that has enslaved us all and disconnected us from Source.

A Lightworker’s Personal Assistant

Dear President Trump; hereby I am requesting to create a “Lightworker for America Fund for the rehabilitation of the members of the Cabal.” I think the Lightworkers are the most qualified to guide the overthrown members of the dark Cabal back into the Light. In my service as a Lightworker for America I am offering assistance to members of the arrested global elite in their healing and reintegration process.

My long-term dream has been the building of a model of a small self-sufficient dome village, together with a few others of like mind. We will be living in a new way on Earth as the wayshowers and mapmakers for our brothers and sisters. Our small domes are easy, fast, and inexpensive to build. They are meant to snowball far and wide.

I am offering to accept a member from among the arrested Cabal as my personal assistant. He or she will be living as an equal with us co-apprentices and will get a chance to contribute his/her talents and resources to this community project.

Many of these criminals will recognize that we are now entering a new era, and they will be seeking their own redemption by helping build a world of higher consciousness.

This new service position as a “Lightworker’s Personal Assistant” would provide the dark cabal with a great opportunity of ‘giving back to society’. In other words, a criminal of the old 3D world would be given the opportunity to choose between prison time or serving in a Lightworker community.

In return I would expect to be provided with funds to enable my village community project, either from the interim government through giving me access to my Treasury Direct Account (my birth certificate account), or the Saint Germain World Trust Fund, Prosperity Fund, Bridge Fund, NESARA, or others.

As an Internet networker I know of many fellow lightworkers who are ready to manifest the New Earth with projects of self-empowerment and empowering others. Many would be willing to take in a member of the dark cabal in exchange for funding their projects.” (End of Trump letter excerpt.)

Last December I read headlines that the President signed an executive order to seize the assets of persons involved in serious human rights abuses and corruption, including the Bushes, Clintons, Obamas, Soros, etc.

If this intel is true I wonder whether it could be an indication that the arrests are underway.

Once these tens of thousands of war criminals and corrupt banksters are convictedthe question arrises: what happens to their billion dollar estates? Will those currently still in high positions of power and control grab these mansions/assets for themselves as has been done throughout history?

Once we learn where mansions/estates have been seized, we will apply to become the Stewarts of one of these large estates and start our Ubuntu Community there. We will select a place that is suitable to establish our Castalia Community where we’ll immerse ourselves in our roles as Players of the Glass Bead Game.

Part of our Ubuntu community work of Castalia will be the rehabilitation and re-integration of Cabal members. We offer those who are responsible for humanity’s suffering opportunies of “giving back to society.” We will let the families of these war criminals stay there in designated areas, for it gives them an opportunity to interact with us, not as slaves anymore, but as Sovereign Human Beings. This way the Haves and the Have-nots are being prompted to connect and communicate with each other in a new way as equals – toward reaching Unity Consciousness on Earth.

Other Ubuntu Communities may also want to become Stewards of these large estates and turn them into thriving communities.

We are the Meek who inherit the Earth. We are the Stewarts for the New Earth of fifth dimensional frequency; we finally free ourselves from the yoke of money.

Conclusion

In concluding I’d like to share once more the famous Marianne Williamson quote, spoken by Nelson Mandela in his inauguration speech in the year 1994. “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?’ Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”

Hi, my name is Karin Lacy. I am a Lightworker for America, presently living in Medford, Oregon.

My purpose for writing this 3-page pamphlet is to help spread the message of the book “Ubuntu-Contributionism – A Blueprint For Human Prosperity”, as developed by Michael Tellinger.

We are ruled through money

Money is the obstacle to all progress and the cause of all misery on Earth.

Money is the major contributing factor to the gross separation and segregation in society.

Money is the cause of 99% of crime.

Money causes families to fall apart.

Money is the driving force behind ego, gluttony, jealousy, greed, envy and all the ugliest aspects of humanity.

Our moral values and integrity are sacrificed for the greed of money. Greed has been exalted to the level of a virtue. The most ruthless of the money addicts make it to the top of the social pyramid.

Money is the greatest source of separation, causing the war of the Haves and the Have-nots that has been going on for thousands of years.

All major banks in the world are owned and controlled by the 150 banking families, lead by the Rothschild’s. They control the entire process of the creation, the printing, and supply of money around the world. In “Ubuntu” Michael Tellinger explains in detail how the highly secretive and well guarded techniques of the money system work. Only the highest ranking bankers know it.

“The entire banking system and the industry that supports it is based on an unlawful, exploitative and corrupt foundation. It is the greatest act of criminal deception ever perpetrated against humanity. Ubuntu-Contributionism – A Blueprint for Human Prosperity

Michael Tellinger developed a vision of a new paradigm of living on Earth within the frequency range of the fifth dimension, called Ubuntu-Contributionism. This higher level of existence requires living from the heart and being connected to Source, thus money becomes obsolete.

In the realm of 5D the frequency of Unconditional Love permeates everything. Love is the language, the currency, and the law in the fifth dimension. There is only one law which says “Do not harm any other sentient kind.”

In the book Michael explains in detail why money is NOT part of the UBUNTU philosophy – therefore people cannot be corrupted, bribed, paid off, or paid to do something unsavory. Without money – we cannot be controlled. Ubuntu embodies a new social structure in which everyone is absolutely free and equal. Sovereign humans choose to unite in small communities for the greater benefit of everyone.

It is a new society that functions without the concept of money, any form of barter or trade, or the attachment of value to material things. Everybody’s contribution to the community is treated as equally and infinitely valuable.

It is a society model in which spiritual growth of its participants through arts and culture will allow the rapid rise of consciousness to fully embrace the concept of unity.

Up to the Present

Michael Tellinger started his Ubuntu-Contributionism movement over twelve years ago. He, like so many others who tried to establish alternative community projects, realized that it takes money to create a money-less society.

He also started an Ubuntu political party and learned that the rigged party system will not allow an Ubuntu party to become popular.

Recently Michael came up with his “One Small Town Can Change The World”- model of using the existing tools of enslavement as tools for our liberation. He was inspired by the Buckminster Fuller quote: “You never change things by fighting the existing reality. To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete.”

Call To The Mayors Of All Small Towns!

Mayor Ron Higgins of North Frontenac, Ontario, Canada, is the first mayor of a small town who successfully presented his UBUNTU – ONE SMALL TOWN plan of action and was given the full support of the city council to continue with the implementation.

On Nov. 3^rd 2017, Mayor Higgins wrote: “One Small Town – Self Sustainability is now a reality. …In the end Council voted unanimously to support the One Small Town project including assessing the production of our electricity. I am humbled and proud of what was accomplished today and feel especially proud to be the first Mayor to make Michael Tellinger’s vision become a reality. Anything we can do together we can do better.”

Some Key Points

The #1 key point of the model is that everybody participating contributes 3 hours per week of work on community projects.

Michael announced on one of his latest videos that each “one small town”- project will be provided with free energy technology from alternative companies who want to sponsor the Ubuntu-Contributionism movement. With free energy for the whole town the community will be taking control of the local energy grid and become energy self-sufficient.

Priority will be given to the creating of organic gardens for food growing. The community will grow more than what is needed and will sell the surplus at low cost to the neighborhood or other towns.

A mayor who wants to implement the vision of the “One Small Town Can Change The World”-model will have to gather a team from among the council and other local authorities. This core group may eventually establish a “Circle of 13 Spiritual Elders” as the community representatives.

The core group’s goal is creating a town without corruption by getting rid of politicians, businesses and judicial/police enforcement agencies that do not live up to the moral and ethical standards set about by the people.

The one-small-town concept is a grassroots movement unlike any other. Essentially, it will lead to a makeover of society. However, the transformation of the world starts with the transformation of the individual self.

Living in a community of like-minded people who are guided from their heart’s higher and unified perspective is what we envision as Heaven on Earth. It is the revolution of consciousness in action, creating a new vibrational reality.

We as the human family are presently transitioning through the Shift of the Ages, from the Dark Age to the Golden Age. As the old, disintegrating world is collapsing we must now start our projects of creating the world we want to live in.

We must now emerge and rise like the phoenix out of the ashes. The New Earth of 5D will not be declared through government law. The governments have been installed as a control method of the human slave race.

We have been kept in a state of amnesia. We have been living blindfold while playing the human game of hide and seek.

This is the time of awakening from the dream. We the human family must change from a slave race to becoming the divine sovereign human creators that we truly are. We must consciously exit the Holographic Matrix System. We must reverse our programming. There is much we must un-learn and re-learn. We are free at last.

Dear Mayor;

May you ponder the vision of becoming the first mayor of a small town in the United States to implement the principles of the Ubunu-Contributionism philosophy into your community. May you study the Ubuntu book and watch the transformation process of North Frontenac in Canada, under the lead of frontier mayor Ron Higgins.

In my role as a Lightworker for America I am offering to move – as a volunteer for 1 to 2 years – to the first “one-small-town” in the U. S. to support the mayor and his core group with my energy, time, and efforts. It would be an honor to be at your side and assist you in establishing the first Ubuntu community in the U.S.

Ever since I watched Hurricane Katrina on television I have been driven by a desire to start a self-sustaining small community with a group of like-minded people. So far, the lack of money has prevented it.

I had on my banner the Margaret Meade quote, “Never doubt, that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.”

I agree with Michael Tellinger that intentionally transforming existing small towns into communities of higher consciousness is how we create Heaven on Earth.
