Re: Requesting Funds from the Collateral Accounts to expand my work as
a “Lightworker for America”


Dear Committee of Landa China;
My name is Karin Lacy. I was guided by spirit to come to America to openly live and serve here as a Lightworker for America.

Part of my work has been to write Open Letters in which I document my life experience as a Lightworker as a means of spreading the Light. I put these letters as chapters in my books.

Just recently a fellow Lightworker told me that the Collateral Accounts are now being distributed. He gave me the link to your website and recommended that I apply for funding for my long-term vision of a dome village project.

After seeing your website I realized that I had visited it before because of Cobra’s recommendation on his blog awhile back. However, back then in glancing over it I did not feel any resonance. Too much
business/corporation energy there in regards to your Venture Capitalist funding. Reading your “Terms of Use”, written by lawyers, was enough to turn me away.

So this time I listened to the audio from the latest conference call. I had difficulties understanding anything that was said, and not just because of the bad sound quality. The team members spoke Legalize, meaning they are probably lawyers, bankers, and other officials. I listened two times to the 1.20 hr audiotape but felt that nothing of importance to me was said.

Next I visited your website and studied your section ‘Project Funding.’
Several times in the past I had applied for funding from the supposed collateral accounts, but never heard from them again. It made me aware that I gave away all my personal data plus my vision statement details to strangers.
Three years ago I applied for Nesara Funding, and also told others to apply; then later I applied for funds from HopeGirl “Fix the World” project, plus for other funding opportunities.

Also, in June of 2012 I wrote a Letter to President Obama requesting providing of a “Lightworker for America Fund” for the rehabilitation of the Cabal members after the mass arrests. The letter can be read on my website.

Several times I printed out information about the release of collateral accounts for Native Americans and handed it out to people with Native American ancestry. Nothing ever happened, other than that I made a fool out of myself once again and put my reputation as a Lightworker on the line.

In 2014 I wrote a letter, “Asking for the Litmus Test”, in which I gave feedback to Cobra, The Resistance Movement and the Lightworkers. I challenged the Resistance Movement by requesting $10,000 from the collateral accounts/gold that the Resistance Movement supposedly had confiscated from the Cabal. I was curious to see what response I would get. I explained that instead of struggling to make ends meet and waiting and sitting on our hands, we of the ground crew could be practicing ‘Love in Action’. I wrote that I would buy a small piece of raw land and put up some RV vehicles and gather a small group of frontier spirits for starting a self-sustaining community from scratch. Our goal would be to establish the first Ubuntu-Contributionism Community in California. However, nothing happened.

About the “Vision Plan of The Landa paradigm in the funding of a Project”
Reading your 2-page “Vision Plan of The Landa paradigm in the funding
of a Project” brought up questions for me. It’s a strange blend of business/corporation style, Legalize, and New Age terminology, written by people who appear still anchored in theOld World paradigm, projecting their perspective or paradigm into the future. Applicants need to present a “professional” business plan. It says, if they are not capable of writing one they can hire professionals to do it for them. (Wouldn’t this be cheating?)

Instead of going over the details of your Vision Plan, I’d rather provide here the link for the readers to read it themselves. (…)
Frankly, to me it sounds like the continuation of the old Draconian bureaucratic apparatus, being now attached to every project of creating the New Earth.

I feel reminded of the whole Iraqi Dinar RV story, that has been going on for years, playing people’s emotions like an instrument. The Galactic Historian, Andrew Bartzis, talks about the feeding tubes that
the Archons use for siphoning off our lower 3D survival energies that are their food. I think very likely the Dinar RV story serves as such a feeding tube for human energy harvesting. I even wonder whether the collateral accounts are a myth designed as Archon feeding tubes.

I cannot see simplicity, clarity, and transparency surrounding the website of Landa China. If it is true that a huge amount of money has been given to Landa China for distribution to worthy projects, then this money is ours already, it is for We The People. You committee members are only the custodians or trustees.

I think the visitors of your website would appreciate a Q&A section that answers points like how much money has been given to you? Who gave the money to you and made you the distributors? Why are you acting out a hierarchical order? Who are the individuals making up the committee of “judges” who get to decide who is worthy of fund money and how much, when, and how?

We The People are The Heirs of Creation
Are you, Committee of Landa China, aware that in your position as the fund distributors you are given the privilege to enable people’s dreams and projects? That has never been done before. As I understand
it, your job is the swift distribution of the people’s money into their hands. If you people judge who is worthy, then you are in duality, and you are not acting from a stance of sacred neutral.

Why being so concerned whether an applicant is worthy of the money? So what if there are some cheaters in between. As you know, the whole money system is a fraud, we all were enslaved to the money. Those supposed hundreds of trillions of dollars in the collateral accounts are part of the system of fraud as well.

The reason for the swift distribution of these monies is to end the programmed money system on Earth. These collateral accounts are for the transition time, to end all suffering on Earth, to heal and restore, to enable us to step into our self-empowerment as Sovereign Beings on Earth. The time is now that “the Meek shall inherit the Earth”.

About Me
I lived in Mount Shasta, Northern California, for over four years. I did not succeed in finding co-founders for manifesting a self-sustaining eco-village. However, my main work there was in the non-physical realm.

My retirement benefit is so low that my life was a struggle from month to month, especially through the winter hardship in this alpine climate. Nearly every month I had to tap into my credit card to pay
for Internet access.
I decided to move to Yreka, half an hour North of Mount Shasta, where I still would be in the vicinity of the mountain, but the climate would be milder and livelihood less expensive.

It’s never easy when I have to move to a new city where I’ve never been before and don’t know anybody.
In talking in terms of energy awareness I noticed right away that the whole Yreka area is ruled by “male domination and control”. There seems to be a large number of local rowdies who are using their
vehicles in setting the tone for a much increased noise and pollution level in town. As it appears to me, the rest of the population are willing to endure it. The guys are “rough on the edges” here; “the louder the better” is their motto. They like Rodeo and illegal dog fights, so I’ve been told.

There is a shortcoming of Divine Feminine Energy. For sure this imbalance determines not just the relationships between the sexes, but it affects all areas of life. I watch lots of bully drivers who drive at freeway speed through town. They drive without or with modified mufflers causing enormous noise pollution and they stink from fuel exhaust, accompanied by radio music turned to the max. They don’t stop when a pedestrian wants to cross the street at the pedestrian lines. I do wonder why the standard traffic rules don’t apply here.
Yreka is not a bicycle-friendly town. There are no bike path. I would have to ride my bike in the street and mingle with the bullies. Well, I feel safer going on foot.

A local woman told me that 54 % of the local population are on welfare, and that the other half of residents would agree with her that the welfare people have not much money but lots of time on their hands; and this causes the many problems of domestic violence, abuse, drugs, crime, etc.

On Saturdays is car racing at the fairgrounds. The horrendous noise, dust and fuel exhaust are being carried through the air waves over much of the town. I too can hear it, living three miles away.
People tell me that there are cartels of Cambodian marijuana growers living in the hills, stealing water from residents and firing warn shoots.
Yreka is the Siskiyou county capital where all the local government agencies are located. The big-box courthouse sits in the middle of town. When I explored the city in all directions I noticed the many attorney offices everywhere. In fact, I have never seen anywhere else so many attorney offices. I was dumbfounded to learn that the Yellow Pages have over 40 pages of attorney ads.

What I would do in Yreka

Being a Lightworker, I’m always looking for ways to physically serve the community.
I have been pondering “what if” this Landa China Project Funding website is genuine and they would provide me with funds.

If Landa China is genuine and I receive access to large amounts of money I would start a series of big projects. I would hire people for assistance. I would be in a position to gather a group of progressive people and eliminate all money and survival problems among us. We would create in town a model for living in the New Earth. We would buy a spacious house for the establishment of the headquarters of the first Californian Ubuntu-Contributionism Community.

If Landa China is for real, I will fund free transit bus riding throughout Siskiyou County. I would eliminate the paying of fees for transportation in the local area within Siskiyou County.

If Landa China provides me with funding I will join local activists and fund their projects for eliminating homelessness.

If Landa China provides me with money at my disposal I will establish contact with farmers. I will offer them funds for growing Hemp and to educate people about Hemp Seeds as the world’s most balanced food, and the many other uses of hemp.

If I suddenly were rich in the eyes of the townsfolk, it would turn everything around. I suddenly would be a crazy rich lady instead of the poor weirdo woman with the German accent. For the language of
money they understand, in fact, it is the only language they are programmed to understand.

Aahh, it makes my heart sing, playing with this vision of uplifting this entire town of 7,600 from a “male domination and control” mindset to a community where women consciously and intentionally balance the energies and raise human consciousness within the whole area. We would do so through acts of love, empathy, creativity, compassion, caring, nurturing, etc.

People would be curious about who we as a group are; the fact that we have money would indicate to them that we are successful in society. They would begin listening to what we have to say.

Other acts of balancing which l would initiate
Making the town bicycle-friendly is another way of harmonizing and stabilizing male/female energies in a town.

I would gift every interested teenager with a Unicycle. It is an excellent tool of striving for balance of body-mind-spirit. Each teenager who masters riding a Unicycle will contribute to the harmonizing of the energy field in the whole area. So much good could be said about the Unicycle!
Also, I would gift people with Segway Human Transporters and other innovative personal transportation.

Instead of de-sensitizing the present and next generation through aggressive racing sports with massive noise and air pollution, brutal competition, ego inflation, recklessness, etc., I would finance races for Segways and Unicycles.

Peace Poles: I would hire a ley-line reader to be in charge of the positioning and installation of at least four Peace Poles in Yreka, created by the local metal sculptor, as powerful tools for emanating Divine Feminine Energy. In all endeavors I would ensure everybody involved always is paid generously.

Also, I would promote horseback riding as replacement for off-road vehicles. I would inspire and finance a foundation for gifting everybody with a horse who is willing to turn in their off-road vehicle or hot rod for dismantling. There is nothing more healing and grounding than riding a horse, and besides it fosters kinship with the horse, caring, compassion, empathy, Love of Nature, etc. Owning and caring for a horse could de-callous those off-road vehicle riders who turn themselves into zombies from circling “dust donuts” as their American way of “enjoying the great outdoors”.

I could go on. After awhile local inventors and other people with innovative ideas would approach me for the funding of their projects.

Request for Funding
As a Sovereign Human Creator on Earth and in my role as a Lightworker for America I am hereby requesting from Landa China to open an account in my Internet signature name, KarinLLightworker, and to deposit 1 million dollars from humanity’s collateral accounts.

I would like to serve as a distributor for the collateral accounts. I want to be instrumental in opening the funnels of abundance for all, like Niagara Falls, creating an energy current towards manifesting the
New Earth of 5th dimensional frequency.

Cobra once said in an interview that he’s looking forward to when the liberation of the planet is over and he can go home. I too am a volunteer, here to assist in ushering humanity through the Shift of the Ages. I wanna go home, too. I’m looking forward to the time when my mission is complete.

Until then I’d like to do as much soothing for my brothers and sisters as possible with the money that I hereby ask you to funnel towards my endeavors. My goal is to use the funds to harmonize and balance the energies in this area North of Mount Shasta, near the Oregon border.

Of course 1 million dollars is not enough to upshift an entire town into a higher frequency in the way I described above. I will frequently ask you for new deposits.

In a cpuple years from now somebody in town may want to do a survey about what has been changed and accomplished with the money from the collateral accounts within this time frame.

Deception and Discernment
We live in a holographic Matrix. The Old World paradigm is a projection, held together by lies and deception. As we move through these end times each one of us will have direct experiences of
deception, deceit, lying, cheating, misleading, etc. And not just from the Cabal and from fellow humans, but from alien deceivers as well.

The Meek Inherit the Earth
As the collective of humanity we are now reaching toward an era of Unity Consciousness. Over the next few years the majority of people will awaken to the truth that money is a tool for energy harvesting and that we all were enslaved to money. Money indeed causes all problems on Earth, and yet success in life is measured through money. In truth money serves our off-world rulers to farm humanity.

After the Event/Shift there will be nations who want to continue the money system. Especially those people will want to continue the money game who got really good at climbing the social pyramid of success and living a better life at the expense of others. They should be allowed to continue their money paradigm, but among themselves.

Without a doubt, the majority of the global population will want to end the money game on Earth. As we strive to live in Unity Consciousness money will phase out. The new era of the Aquarian Age will be a gift economy, a money-less society, prophesied as the Thousand Years of Peace.

Ubuntu-Contributionism is a model for a money-less society, designed by Michael Tellinger as a new paradigm for manifesting Heaven on Earth. My goal is to manifest my long-term vision of an eco dome
village in combination with the Ubuntu-Contributionism philosophy.

I know there are many of the ground crew who have developed visions of making a better world. However, to get there, we need money. I think this is what the collateral accounts are meant for, to ease the transition, to soothe, heal and restore.

Dear Committee of Landa China, we are out here on the leading edge of thought, charting new waters, we are navigating through dimensions, pre-paving new pathways for the new paradigm of the Golden Age of 5^th dimension. We are all in this together.

Beside my request for funding my letter is meant as feedback. I also intended to inspire others to start visualizing the distribution of the monies from the collateral accounts. I suggest to organize in each
state sub-distributors with the goal of promptly bringing the funds to the people with projects. It can be done as fast as creating an online account at amazon.

I’d like to conclude with this great nugget from your Vision Plan: “To see the vision is to accomplish it”. What a beautiful wording for promoting Love through action.

The time is now: the Meek emerging as the Heirs of Creation and becoming Sovereign Humans!

Feedback Letter to the Subterranean Resistance Movement

Dear Subterranean Resistance Movement;
Hi, my name is Karin Lacy; I’m a Lightworker for America. I’m presently located near Mount Shasta, Northern California.

I’ve been following Cobra’s blog as your “Intelligence Hub for the Victory of Light and Official Communication Outlet for the Resistance Movement” since it started in March 2012.
I’m writing to offer you my service as a volunteer, in whatever means possible, from now on until the Event, and thereafter.
I am a Lightworker of the First Wave, I came in two years after World War II in East Germany, under the worst of conditions.

It’s been a long and arduous journey of “making the world your oyster”. It is anything but easy living in this dense world, yet not being of this world. I’m afraid it will be getting even more difficult to function in the 3D world without getting sucked into the Matrix.
Nevertheless, I am committed to stay here until my mission’s completion. I walk my talk as somebody who lives in the trenches, among my brothers and sisters of the surface population. The more I awaken, the crazier I appear, yet I can only be authentic.

Last year I moved to the town of Yreka, North of Mount Shasta, California, population 7,600. People are in deep slumber. It’s an area of heavy male domination and control, determined by generations of
cattle ranchers. There’s a striking imbalance of male/female energies, causing lots of dysfunction. 54% of the population are on welfare. People seem to exist in a daze at a low level of awareness.

When I move to a new city I’m always outgoing, I socialize and go to events. I must say I’ve never anywhere been more rejected than here in Yreka. Usually people are quite interested and curious to interact with me as a newcomer. It’s always nice. It gives me a chance to look into their eyes and I usually hand out my business card with my website address. When I see them again they avoid me or look to the other side, which always indicates that they checked out my website.
People’s belief programming means EVERYTHING to them and since the information I present doesn’t fit in, they drop me – that nice old lady – like a hot potato. (grin)

Envisioning the Event
I always envision The Event affecting people similar to the way I experienced a “mini event” several years ago, followed by a series of activations.

I usually feel an annual boost of energy in the week from Christmas to New Year. It’s my time of the year. However, several years back I received a – let’s say – ten times stronger infusion of what I
perceived as Universal Christ Energy. It lasted for about ten days. Iwas high like a kite, I was grinning from ear to ear for ten days. I was walking on cotton, I could see particles dancing in the air all the time. I had too much energy to sleep, and I felt no hunger, but ate out of habit. I could regulate my energy level by just thinking of it. I got downloads and was very prolific in my writing.

To me this activation experience was a Divine gift. I tried to hold onto and prolong that blissful state of being, but this intention basically caused it eventually to diminish. Then a period of integration followed, until the next infusion.

When the wave from the Great Central Sun comes washing over us, engulfing us and infusing us all at once with a tsunami wave of Love energy, it may happen without any reason to worry about chaos and
anarchy. People would suddenly be without fear, they would leave their killing tools (guns) under their beds and go in the streets to seek to meet others and dance; they would not feel hunger for many days, for the energy itself is sustenance. It would turn into an Awakening Fest, many times stronger than the wave of Love of the sixties triggering the Flower Power.

To live through The Event will be different for each person. After all, God wants to experience The Event in 7 billion individual human ways!

It all depends on how much resistance we each hold in our physical vessel. Those of the children who are still connected to their God Self may just bliss out and dwell in that state at its fullest, getting upgrade after upgrade, while integrating the wave energy into their bodies.

The wild animals and many of the pets will just be elevated and upgraded, since they usually have no resistance. But the domestic animals, such as in factory farms, kept under inhuman conditions, may
just die and depart by the hundreds of millions.

I’m sure I’ll know in an instant what is happening and I’ll ride that once-in-a-lifetime super wave to my highest capability. I know it will feel heavenly being bathed in God’s Love! Aahh, so be it!

But what about the people in my town? From looking around I would say most people will have a difficult time encountering that monumental wave. Some might get disoriented and even black out. Others might get insane because their neural circuits break down, for they cannot hold such amounts of high-frequency energy of Divine Love. Those in pain and distress will not be able to act out in violence since they are disabled and under other people’s care.

Prepping and Elevating the Ground Crew
I love envisioning The Event and what is going to happen thereafter. In fact, that is what I do on a regular basis.

So what is going to happen in Yreka at The Event and in the days following? It is the county capital with the courthouse and many other state and governmental institutions and a large number of attorneys. The town is mainstream-dominated.

If the energy surge of The Event immediately knocks out the power system, the local officials and police will probably a couple hours later drive through the streets with megaphones and remind people to stay calm and in their houses until the power comes back.

What shall I do? There would be no wisdom in going to the city hall or police station in Yreka to introduce myself and tell them that I know what happened and why and that I can explain…
If I hand them out Cobra’s “Community Leaders Brief from September 2013” they will perceive it as Gibberish, for it is vibrating at the solution level. Those who are locked in the Matrix System cannot
perceive higher-vibrational information. Their patterned way of thinking prevents them from breaking out. These city leaders would tell me that they have everything under control and lead me politely to the door.

I would assume that the Resistance Movement’s first action would be to restore the global electricity systems. After all, they need the TVs to function to spread their messages and instructions.
So the local authorities would wait for directives from their higher-ups. Some of these people will feel uplifted and would instinctively know that something unusual and amazing has happened. Others may be in great discomfort from the bombardment of the energies and want to hurry to the hospital emergency room.

Whether it’s day or night, if the power is still on, the people will immediately turn on their TVs.
The same known broadcasters will give verbal First Aid. They will announce that something extraordinary has happened on Earth, something that some have known about for decades and expected to happen at this time. And then they will tell the stories – in small bite sizes, one at a time – of how we have been hijacked. They will ask people to remain calm and that an epoch of Love is now beginning to blossom on Earth, ensuring a better life for everybody. And so on… I am thinking out loud here.

People will remain glued to their TV screens. The whole re-education of the global population will probably start with exposing what happened on 9-11-2001.

Being Affected through Archon Manipulation
No matter what the New Age gurus say, if you live under the radar you cannot expect to thrive. If you are awake and know what the whole money game is all about, you just cannot be part of it any longer. It’s too abhorrent.

Many of us Lightworkers/Lightwarriors/GroundCrewMembers are being affected by Archons. We know we are given a hard time and many of us learned to live with it, but to avoid their traps.

For example, for five years, ever since I became a retirement case at the Social Security Admin in Yreka, CA, their SSI specialists put me in a category to my disadvantage, eliminated my food stamps, accused me of having made false reports, etc. For five years every month I have to send them my bank statement since my German retirement check fluctuates according to the value of the dollar and euro.
They want monthly proof for the rest of my life that I do not receive more than the allowed $880/month. This is more than just the Draconian bureaucratic apparatus in action! It is targeting individuals with the purpose to keep them in the mode of struggle for survival.
I could give more examples of abuse and theft of money through government agencies. Or I could describe the crime story of a relative who stole my inheritance.
If I would take action against them I would be sucked into the Matrix System.

Another Archon topic: For decades I can feel a physical implant in my rib cage, but only five years ago became I aware that it is an implant. I don’t know whether it is just for monitoring or for thwarting my awakening process.

Also, because of Archon intervention I have not been able over many years to find people of like-mind to start an eco village together and live self-sustainable as a support group. Together we would thrive; alone in our isolation and separation we exist at the level of struggle for survival.

My Suggestions
Since you of the Subterranean Resistance Movement know everything about us, yet we know nothing about you, we are in an awkward position. Even though we call ourselves the Ground Crew we are left out of the equation, so to speak.

I would like to submit some suggestions of how you could assist the Ground Crew.

Ground Crew Batches
Perhaps you could provide us with “Ground Crew Batches”, like the police has for example, for that is what the programmed people understand. This way they could recognize us as designated and
authorized “Ground Crew Members”.
You would need to give us the batches beforehand so that we have them available and can present them and introduce ourselves immediately after The Event at the city halls and police stations, etc.

Immediately after The Event when the TV moderators announce and explain the global situation they could issue a Call to the Ground Crew. They could declare that the people among the population who have Ground Crew Batches have been selected as genuine contact persons and given authority to serve as advisers, informants, counselors for all existing government officials, mayors, sheriffs, etc.

As you know we are without status in society, with the exception of our icons. You must elevate us in some ways, otherwise we will be ridiculed and scorned by the people as usual and given no chance to
step forward.

My Letter to Landa China
Cobra had recommended to apply for funds for projects from the online company ‘Landa China’ who claimed to be distributors of collateral accounts.

In summer of 2015 I wrote my “Open Letter to Landa China”, requesting funds for expanding my work as a Lightworker for America. I also offered to serve as a distributor for the collateral funds in my area
of Northern California.

So I gave a picture of my personal situation and laid out what exactly I would do to make a difference in my local area. My letter was also intended to give Landa China feedback from a Ground Crew member.

Alas, Landa China did not respond to my request letter for funding.
As I described in my Letter to Landa China the best way to elevate us as the Ground Crew is through providing us with money. If we suddenly had money at our disposal it would enable us to go forward with our projects which we ourselves would finance, and the people would start listening to us as successful society members.

The Hope Chest is Empty
Last autumn I contacted the Hope Chest of “Golden Age of Gaia” and asked whether they could help me with money for moving. They had graciously helped me in the past. They responded that there is no money in the Hope Chest, and that due to the bad economy people are unable to donate.

Cobra informed us that several years ago the Resistance Movement confiscated and secured the Cabal’s gold and money.
My suggestion is to utilize the Hope Chest as a large scale outlet for spreading money among the Ground Crew Members. To ease our survival with money is the most important assistance you could give us at this crucial time!

Applying for a Position as Overseer Assistant
I assume that you of the Subterranean Resistance Movement emerge immediately after The Event and take on Overseer positions among the surface population. I wonder how many Overseers you would place throughout the U.S.?

I would like to offer to become an Assistant for an Overseer, if that position is needed.
I can imagine that you would appreciate our assistance in your efforts for a fundamental re-orientation of the population that will go along with helping the masses in assimilating the painful truth. Many people will show symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
All those who consider themselves members of the Ground Crew are people who are ready to step into a position of educator, mediator, healer, or other needed leadership for the transition into the Golden
Age. Without a doubt, many of us would want to serve as Overseer Assistants.

Conclusion
Dear Subterranean Resistance Movement; Cobra informed us that our Earth is the last planet in our solar system to be liberated. So if you have liberated many other planets the question comes up, did you develop and follow a standard procedure in interacting with the Ground Crew? How did you prepare and assist them? Tell us more.

With this letter I intended to give you feedback as a Ground Crew Member. I’m sure you read the weariness between my lines…

One last thing: In case our struggle on Earth goes on for years to come I couldn’t endure life as it is now for much longer. Even though I am committed to my Lightworker mission until its completion, it will be getting harder to maintain my nucleus within this density, without getting affected in the physical. If there is a Subterranean female Agarthan who would like to switch with me and walk-in to take my skin suit – I would be ecstatic.

You have been given this brief to help you understand what is happening now regarding the closure of the banking system. Who do we represent and who is behind this process?

Our group comprises intelligent, aware individuals from all segments of society. We are dedicated to nonviolent change. We have been made aware of what is happening by key individuals in the world’s secret service organizations and various military. Top ranking members of the world’s political infrastructure support these lawful enforcements. These honest patriots in the CIA, NSA, FBI, military, sheriff and police forces have counterparts around the world involved in a simultaneous sweep of financial criminals.

To summarize, there are large international multijurisdictional task forces who have uncovered large-scale corruption in the financial and political arenas and are now taking lawful actions to end this criminal behavior. Certain leaders of regional and national law enforcement agencies and police forces are aware of what is now taking place as well. We anticipate military presence to be deployed in the cities to help maintain the peace. We anticipate broadcasts over the emergency broadcast network very soon to explain the situation, if they have not begun by the time you have received this document.

What is happening and why are the banks closed?

What is happening now is a necessary financial reset of the global central banking system. Unfortunately, this necessitates the closing of every computer tied into the central banks. This will leave the entire planet without access to cash, ATM machines, credit cards or stock markets.

There will be no currency available other than what is already in circulation for a maximum time of possibly 2 weeks. The intent and plans of these lawful agencies in charge are hoping for is a best-case scenario of 3-5 days for the banking system to be offline. However, with so many variables at play, the exact time it will take to affect this changeover in reality is, at present, unknown. This lack of money amongst the world’s populace clearly may create some hardships in various locations. Some may panic due to no access to their money through normal channels.

Your vital role in this process

Our contact with you and your leadership is vital, in order to maintain open and honest communication with those in your community, and with those community leaders who may not know what is happening, or who may not receive this brief soon enough. One of the most important actions we will ask you to do is monitor those local police forces that are unaware of what is happening. They may see the public’s confusion and mistake this natural reaction as hostile or potentially violent. We ask that, above all, the police forces remain vigilant, proactive and refrain from violence.

Important suggestions to maintain peace for a harmonious change

We ask that water districts and food banks and local community groups be encouraged to serve the populace if the bank closures result in long-lasting disruptions to any of the following: transportation, food, water, electrical grid, cell phone towers, internet, television, emergency services, hospitals and any other vital networks.

How did we know this is happening now?

Our group has been contacted and we have been asked to act as an informational network and infrastructure to support you in your appointed tasks, whatever they may be. If you are a mayor or a water district manager or the community’s liaison to the power companies, we hope you will maintain your responsibilities and keep services operating while the banks are closed.

We further ask that you provide these necessities to those in need by way of your local community infrastructure, such as a soup kitchen on school grounds, or distribution of clean drinking water. We ask that hospitals and emergency services be given priority and support to protect the aged and sick.

Why is this happening?

Unfortunately, there has been criminal malfeasance within the world banking systems including the Federal Reserve for many years. The individuals in charge have corrupted many aspects of the world’s political infrastructure. Greed and lust for power have thwarted the democratic process and harmed our world’s ecosystems and created horrendous societal problems.

Evidence to be presented to the public

Evidence is now held that indicates a system of financial fraud and corruption. This has resulted in the institutionalized theft of much of the world’s hard earned money. This corruption is now ending. The evidence, the serving of indictments, and the arrests of those responsible have now begun. The individuals involved in this conspiracy are very powerful and politically connected criminals. They have been repeatedly warned to follow the laws of their respective countries but some of them have refused.

Time to act

This refusal to comply with the law has now forced closure of the central banks, which is now affecting the entire world banking systems. Radical action is required to enforce the law. Enforcement is being implemented by a coordinated police force around the globe. The reason this has not been done by alerting the populace beforehand is because the criminals in charge control the world media and have established censors worldwide. A policeman does not tell a criminal he is going to be arrested or he will flee.

Powerful leaders will fall

The banking-racketeering operation has included some very powerful public figures. When the dust settles, their identities will probably shock many people. What we are describing is not a military coup or anything negative. The way is being cleared for a more honest system of governance, which will find worldwide support as the truth is revealed to the public in the weeks to come.

COBRA is a code name for “Compression Breakthrough.” It’s like the surface of this planet is the inside of a sandwich. There is a pressure of Light coming from above, from the Positive ET races and there is another pressure of Light coming from below, from The Resistance Movement. Dear Subterranean Resistance Movement;

Hi, my name is Karin Lacy; I’m a self-proclaimed Lightworker for America. I’m presently located near Mount Shasta, Northern California.

I’ve been following Cobra’s blog as your “Intelligence Hub for the Victory of Light and Official Communication Outlet for the Resistance Movement” since it started in March 2012.

I’m writing to offer you my service as a volunteer, in whatever means possible, from now on until the Event, and thereafter.

I am a Lightworker of the First Wave, I came in two years after World War II in East Germany, under the worst conditions.

It’s been a long and arduous journey of “making the world your oyster”. It is anything but easy living in this dense world and not being of this world. I’m afraid it will be getting even more difficult to function in the 3D world without getting sucked into the Matrix. Nevertheless, I am committed to stay here until my mission’s completion. I walk my talk as somebody who lives in the trenches, among my brothers and sisters of the surface population. The more I awaken, the crazier I appear, yet I can only be authentic.

Last year I moved to the town of Yreka, North of Mount Shasta, population 7,600. People are in deep slumber. It’s an area of male domination and control, determined by generations of cattle ranchers. There’s a striking imbalance of male/female energies, causing lots of dysfunction. 54% of the population are on welfare. People seem to exist in a daze at a low level of awareness.

When I move to a new city I’m always outgoing, I socialize and go to events. I must say I’ve never anywhere been more rejected than here in Yreka. Usually people are quite interested and curious to interact with me as a newcomer. It’s always nice. It gives me a chance to look into their eyes and I usually hand out my business card with my website address. When I see them again they avoid me or look to the other side, which always indicates that they checked out my website. People’s belief programming means EVERYTHING to them and since the info I present doesn’t fit in, they drop me – that nice old lady – like a hot potato. (grin)

Envisioning the Event

I always envision The Event affecting people similar to the way I experienced a “mini event” several years ago.

I usually feel an annual boost of energy in the week from Christmas to New Year. It’s my time of the year. However, several years back I received a – let’s say – ten times stronger infusion of what I perceived as Universal Christ Energy. It lasted for about ten days. I was high like a kite, I was grinning from ear to ear for ten days. I was walking on cotton, I could see particles dancing in the air all the time. I had too much energy to sleep, and I felt no hunger, but ate out of habit. I could regulate my energy level by just thinking of it. I got downloads and was very prolific in my writing.

To me this experience was a Divine gift. I tried to hold onto and prolong that blissful state of being, but this intention basically caused it eventually to diminish. Then a period of integration followed.

When the wave from the Great Central Sun comes washing over us, engulfing us and infusing us all at once with a tsunami wave of Love energy, it may happen without any reason to worry about chaos and anarchy. People would suddenly be without fear, they would leave their killing tools under their beds and go in the streets to seek to meet others and dance; they would not feel hunger for many days, for the energy itself is sustenance. It would turn into an Awakening Fest, many times stronger than the wave of Love of the sixties triggering the Flower Power.

To live through The Event will be different for each person. After all, God wants to experience The Event in 7 billion individual human ways!

It all depends on how much resistance we each hold in our physical vessels. Those of the children who are still connected to their God Self may just bliss out and dwell in that state at its fullest, getting upgrade after upgrade, while integrating the wave energy into their bodies.

The wild animals and many of the pets will just be elevated and upgraded, since they usually have no resistance. But the domestic animals, such as in factory farms, kept under inhuman conditions, may just die and depart by the hundreds of millions.

I’m sure I’ll know in an instant what is happening and I’ll ride that once-in-a-lifetime super wave to my highest capability. I know it will feel heavenly being bathed in God’s Love! Aahh, so be it!

But what about the people in my town? From looking around I would say most people will have a difficult time encountering that monumental wave. Some might get disoriented and even black out. Others might get insane because their neural circuits break down, for they cannot hold such amounts of high-frequency energy of Divine Love. Those in pain and distress will not be able to act out in violence since they are disabled and under other people’s care.

Prepping and Elevating the Ground Crew

I love envisioning The Event and what is going to happen thereafter. In fact, that is what I do on a regular basis.

So what is going to happen in Yreka at The Event and in the days following? It is the county capital with the courthouse and many other state and governmental institutions and a large number of attorneys. The town is mainstream-dominated.

If the energy surge of The Event immediately knocks out the power system, the local officials and police will probably a couple hours later drive through the streets with megaphones and remind people to stay calm and in their houses until the power comes back.

What shall I do? There would be no wisdom in going to the city hall or police station in Yreka to introduce myself and tell them that I know what happened and why and that I can explain…

If I hand them out Cobra’s “Community Leaders Brief from Sept. 2013” they will perceive it as Gibberish, for it is vibrating at the solution level. Those who are locked in the Matrix System cannot perceive higher-vibrational information. Their patterned way of thinking prevents them from breaking out. These city leaders would tell me that they have everything under control and lead me politely to the door.

I would assume that the Resistance Movement’s first action would be to restore the global electricity systems. After all, they need the TVs to function to spread their messages and instructions.

So the local authorities would wait for directives from their higher ups. Some of these people will feel uplifted and would instinctively know that something unusual and amazing has happened. Others may be in great discomfort from the bombardment of the energies and want to hurry to the hospital emergency room.

Whether it’s day or night, if the power is still on, the people will immediately turn on their TVs.

The same broadcasters will give verbal First Aid. They will announce that something extraordinary has happened on Earth, something that some have known about for decades and expected to happen at this time. And then they will tell the stories – in small bite sizes, one at a time – of how we have been hijacked. They will ask people to remain calm and that an epoch of Love is now beginning to blossom on Earth, ensuring a better life for everybody. And so on… I am thinking out loud here.

People will remain glued to their TV screens. The whole re-education of the global population will probably start with exposing 9-11.

Being Affected by Archon Manipulation

No matter what the New Age gurus say, if you live under the radar you cannot expect to thrive. If you are awake and know what the whole money game is all about, you just cannot be part of it any longer.

It’s too abhorrent.

Many of us Lightworkers/Lightwarriors/GroundCrewMembers are being affected by Archons. We know we are given a hard time and many of us learned to live with it and to avoid their traps.

For example, for five years, ever since I became a retirement case at the Social Security Admin in Yreka, their SSI specialists put me in a category to my disadvantage, eliminated my food stamps, accused me of having made false reports, etc. For five years every month I have to send them my bank statement since my German retirement check fluctuates according to the value of the dollar and euro.

They want monthly proof for the rest of my life that I do not receive more than the allowed $880. This is more than just the Draconian bureaucratic apparatus in action! It is targeting individuals with the purpose to keep them in the mode of struggle for survival.

Another example: Earlier this year my ex-husband died and I applied for widow’s benefit. They approved me for $207 widow’s benefit and a back payment of $1,250, but then retracted their decision.

Without going into detail of this seven month long story, they blatantly stole the money, and I got nothing.

If I would take action against the theft I would be sucked into the Matrix System and have to go through legal actions and law suits for a long time to come. However, as soon as the government’s fraudulent legal system collapses I will come forward with my documentation of exposing these criminals, for I am certainly not their only victim.

Another example is the crime story of legacy hunting and hijacking committed by my ex-husband’s son Michael. For those of the Ground Crew Members who are also targeted by Archons I laid out in part 3 of my story, https://kungfugrandmasterjameslacy.wordpress.com , how to prepare themselves by documenting their case of attack or abuse. When the tide turns and Natural Law Courts will be implemented, we will prosecute these criminals.

If we do so now it will be a trap. We will be pulled into the legal fraud system and may end up as the ones who go to prison.

Another Archon topic: For decades I can feel with my finger a physical implant in my rib cage, but only five years ago became I aware that it is an implant. I don’t know whether it is just for monitoring or for thwarting my awakening process.

Also, the fact that I have not been able over many years to find people of like-mind to start an eco village together and live self-sustainable as a support group, is Archon intervention. Together we would thrive; alone in our isolation and separation we exist at the level of struggle for survival.

My Suggestions

Since you of the Subterranean Resistance Movement know everything about us and we know nothing about you, we are in an awkward position. Even though we call ourselves the Ground Crew we are left out of the equation, so to speak.

I would like to submit some suggestions of how you could assist the Ground Crew.

Ground Crew Batches

Perhaps you could provide us with “Ground Crew Batches”, like the police has for example, for that is what the programmed people understand. This way they could recognize us as designated and authorized “Ground Crew Members”.

You would need to give us the batches beforehand so that we have them available and can present them and introduce ourselves immediately after The Event at the city halls and police stations, etc.

Immediately after The Event when the TV moderators announce and explain the global situation they could issue a Call to the Ground Crew. They could declare that the people among the population who have Ground Crew Batches have been selected as genuine contact persons and given authority to serve as advisers, informants, counselors for all existing government officials, mayors, sheriffs, etc.

As you know we are without status in society, with the exception of our icons. You must elevate us in some ways, otherwise we will be ridiculed and scorned by the people as usual and given no chance to step forward.

My Letter to Landa China

In summer of 2015 I wrote my “Open Letter to Landa China”, requesting funds for expanding my work as a Lightworker for America. I also offered to serve as a distributor for the collateral accounts in my area of Northern California.

So I gave a picture of my personal situation and laid out what exactly I would do to make a difference in my local area. My letter was also intended to give Landa China feedback from a Ground Crew member.

However, an agent found that the letter is an attack on Landa China and that he will not publish it. So I rephrased a few sentences for I have no intent to attack anybody. He still perceived it as an attack and things took a negative turn and we separated.

I realized we are now living in this predicted time where telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act, even among Ground Crew Members. Honest and heartfelt feedback is misjudged as attack.

I learned from the experience that it suits me better to continue playing the hermit with the lantern than joining an insider group.

Landa China did not respond to my request letter for funding.

As I described in my Letter to Landa China the best way to elevate us as the Ground Crew is through providing us with money. If we suddenly had money at our disposal it would enable us to go forward with our projects which we ourselves would finance, and the people would start listening to us as successful society members.

The Hope Chest is Empty

Last autumn I contacted the Hope Chest of GoldenAgeOfGaia and asked whether they could help me with money for teeth repair. They had graciously helped me in the past. They responded that there is no money in the Hope Chest, and that due to the bad economy people are unable to donate.

Cobra informed us that several years ago the Resistance Movement confiscated the Cabal’s gold and money.

My suggestion is to utilize the Hope Chest as a large scale outlet for spreading money among the Ground Crew Members. To ease our survival with money is the most important assistance you could give us at this crucial time!

Applying for a Position as Overseer Assistant

I assume that you of the Subterranean Resistance Movement immediately after The Event emerge and take on Overseer positions among the surface population. I wonder how many Overseers you would position throughout the U.S.?

I would like to offer to become an Assistant for an Overseer, if that position is needed.

I can imagine that you would appreciate our assistance in your efforts for a fundamental re-orientation of the population that will go along with helping the masses in assimilating the painful truth. Many people will display the symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

All those who consider themselves members of the Ground Crew are people who are ready to step into a position of educator, mediator, healer, or other needed leadership for the transition into the Golden Age. Without a doubt, many of us would want to serve as Overseer Assistants.

Conclusion

Dear Subterranean Resistance Movement; Cobra informed us that our Earth is the last planet in our solar system to be liberated. So if you have liberated many other planets the question comes up, did you develop and follow a standard procedure in interacting with the Ground Crew? How did you prepare and assist them? Tell us more.

I intended with this letter to give you feedback from a Ground Crew Member. I’m sure you read the weariness between my lines…

One last thing: In case our struggle on Earth goes on for years to come I couldn’t endure life as it is now for much longer. Even though I am committed to my Lightworker mission until its completion, it will be getting harder to maintain my nucleus within this density, without getting affected in the physical.

Galactic Codex

Planet Earth is the last planet in this universe under the occupation of the Dark Forces, the last relic of galactic wars that raged throughout the galaxy for millions of years.

As the Galaxy was being liberated form the grip of the Dark Forces, the Forces of Light have been evolving from a military force created in the urgent need to defend basic liberties of sentient beings towards a harmonious galactic and cosmic society. As beings within the Galactic Confederation have evolved spiritually and made their alignment and union with the Ascended Masters, they have discovered an inner codex that regulates all inter-relationships between beings of Light and their relation towards the Dark Forces and occupied planets. This codex is called the Galactic Codex and represents the legal basis for all actions of the Confederation in this and other galaxies. This Codex is not a rigid set of external laws but a systematized code of inner ethics of all souls of Light that all beings of Light accept with their free will because it reflects their inner truth.

We will now state the Galactic Codex in a form that is understandable to an average awakened being in a human society.

Section  I: The Law of Divine Grace
Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to positive life experience

To explain Section I we need to understand that suffering and pain have no value in enlightened Galactic society liberated from the influence of Dark Forces and other aspects of cosmic anomaly. To value pain, suffering and sacrifice as a part of the growth experience was a part of the programming from the Dark Forces in order to enslave the population of the occupied planets more easily.

Unconditional positive life experience of every sentient being in the liberated universe is guaranteed from the inner connection of every living being with the Source and strengthened by the power of Ascended Masters over matter which allows them to assist all living beings in their aspirations towards the Source and provide them with necessities of life.  Life was never meant to be hard work and struggle but rather a journey of joy and creativity.   Different subsections of Section I regulate all life in a liberated universe and all relationships between beings of Light so that conflicts never need to occur.  Let us explain the subsections:

Section I/1: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to physical and spiritual abundance

This subsection guarantees a positive life experience for every being in the liberated universe. The Ascended Masters provide for all necessities of living and for physical and spiritual richness and beauty using the power they have over redeemed matter of the liberated universe.

Section I/2: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to Ascension

This subsection explains how the Ascended Masters use their advanced understanding of spiritual technology of Ascension and by utilizing the Electric Fire of redemption assist all beings that free-willingly choose Ascension.

Section I/3: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to merge with other beings in proportion with his/her position in the Soul Family Mandala

This subsection is an instrument of regulation of all relationships inside a Soul Family. It guarantees the merging of beings of opposite polarity (twin souls, soulmates) and alignment of all other beings regardless of their state of development and outer conditions.

Section I/4: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to all information

This subsection is a guarantee that all beings receive all pieces of information they need to understand their role in the universe, greater perspective of evolution and all other pieces they need for their decisions, growth and well being. All this data is provided by Ascended Masters or other beings that supervise the evolutions of various races and civilizations.

Section I/5: Each sentient being has an inalienable and unconditional right to freedom
This subsection provides that every being has an unlimited potential of growth and life experience. Since all beings in the liberated universe create only positivism, their freedom never opposes the freedom of other beings.

Section II: The Law of Dividing the Conflicting Parties
Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right to be divided and protected from the negative actions of other sentient beings

This section regulates the conditions in those sections of the universe that have just been liberated from the influence of the Dark Forces but that have not yet been accepted in the Confederation. It requires that the Forces of Light always divide the parties in conflict to protect them from producing mutual harm to each other. Then the Light Forces mediate the conflict until it is resolved. This section is often used to end wars and other armed conflicts.

Section III: The Law of Balance
Each sentient being that has chosen to live and act against the principles of Galactic Codex and refuses to, or is not able to, accept them now and balance the consequences of the past actions will be taken to the Central Sun, restructured into the basic elemental essence and begin a new cycle of evolution afresh

This section regulates the relations between the Forces of Light and the Forces of Darkness. When defeated, beings that belong to the Forces of Darkness are given the opportunity to accept the Galactic Codex, do the best they can to correct the mistakes they made and to live positively afterwards. If they accept, they are forgiven and join the Confederation. If they are unable or unwilling to accept, they are taken to the Central Sun, their personalities and soul essences are restructured with the Electric Fire and their divine spark begin a new cycle of evolution.

Section IV: The Law of Intervention
The Galactic Confederation has an unalienable and unconditional right to the intervention in all situations where the Galactic Codex is violated, regardless of the local laws

This section describes the policy of the Light Forces regarding occupied planets. The Confederation reserves the right to intervene in all areas, civilizations, planets or solar systems where the Galactic Codex is violated. It has the right to do so regardless of the position of the local civilizations about this intervention. It always has the right to use all peaceful means of education and regulation. If the critical mass of the Galactic Codex principles is violated, it has the right to use military force. Special cases are planets under direct occupation of the Dark Forces.  The Dark Forces usually take the local population hostage to hinder the progress of the Forces of Light.  On Earth they have threatened with nuclear war if the Light Forces would intervene.  This is the main reason why the Light Forces have not yet liberated this planet (and not the so called we-will-not-intervene-because-we-respect-free-will, we-will-just-watch-as-the-suffering-goes-on nonsense). As in any hostage situation, this requires a lot of skillful negotiation and tactical approach. This situation is now being resolved and planet Earth will be liberated soon.

Section IV/1: Each sentient being has an unalienable and unconditional right of calling upon the Galactic Confederation in need and the Galactic Confederation has the right to assist, regardless of local laws

This subsection gives a legal basis for intervention and assistance to all hostages of the Dark Forces.  The Forces of Light always do the best they can to assist and improve the living conditions of all sentient beings, even on Earth.  The situation on planet Earth just indicates how much more power  darkness had over  Light on this planet. Fortunately, this is changing now.

Section IV/2: The Galactic Confederation has an unalienable and unconditional right to the implementation of the Galactic Codex and of conquering the areas of Galactic Codex violation with military force if necessary

This subsection gives a legal basis for the liberation of the occupied planets with military force.  The military forces of the Confederation remove or give assistance in removal of the representatives of the Dark Forces and set the hostages free. Then other Confederation forces guide the process of acceptance of the planet into the Confederation by instructing the local population.

Perhaps some humans feel that the Confederation has no right to intervene and that humanity has the right to solve its problems by itself. This is simply not true. Many wars all over the planet and constant abuse of basic human rights have proven that humanity is not capable of handling its own situation.  So it is much better that it receives wise guardians to guide it. The Confederation will give assistance in replacing  current masters of the puppets (Dark Forces) that humanity has invited long ago in Atlantis. Then the Galactic Codex will finally become the universal code of ethics throughout the universe and darkness will be no more.
